ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE






Malibu Residents

  • Review the district information at:
         http://www.smmusd.org/info/register.htm

  • All new families must complete an Enrollment Packet which can be obtained office at Webster, then proceed as follows:
    1. Proof of Residency - For verification of residency you will be required to submit all of the following:
      a.) A California Driver's License or ID Card with the Malibu address. No Post Office Box is accepted.
      b.) Utility bill (gas, water, or electric) No Phone Bills are permitted. Escrow papers may be accepted in lieu of the utility bill, but we will need a utility bill within 3 weeks.
    2. Immunization Record - Obtain a copy from family doctor.
    3. Proof of Age - A birth certificate or passport.
